These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LoanFree.AI website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What LoanFree.AI Is and Is Not

LoanFree.AI is a technology platform that provides general educational information and case-preparation tools relating to the discharge of student loans in bankruptcy under 11 U.S.C. §523(a)(8). LoanFree.AI is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship with LoanFree.AI. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete information.

3. Fees and Payment

Our eligibility screener is free. Case preparation is offered for a flat fee disclosed at checkout. Except where expressly stated otherwise, the case-preparation fee is non-refundable. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and you agree to its terms.

4. Attorney Matching

Where available, we may match you with an independent, licensed attorney. Any attorney you are matched with is solely responsible for the legal services they provide. LoanFree.AI does not guarantee that an attorney will accept your case or any particular outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Eligibility scores, projections, and analyses are estimates based on the information you provide and general guidance. They are not predictions or guarantees of any legal result.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, and design, are owned by LoanFree.AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
